The wine shows an intense straw-yellow color with subtle green highlights. On the palate, it is fresh and dry, with a clean, well-defined flavour, medium to full body, and noticeable alcohol. A pleasantly bitter, persistent finish makes it versatile with soups, lightly aromatic vegetable pasta or rice dishes and classic fish preparations.

Vinification:

The wine is made from carefully selected grapes, representing one of the Marche region’s most notable expressions. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented under controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and varietal aromas. Brief aging in stainless steel maintains clarity, structure, and vibrancy.
